STAR SIGN COMPETITION RULES

ARTICLE 1: ORGANISING COMPANY

The company, UN BIJOU A PARIS, a simplified limited company with a share capital of €1,000, whose head office is located at 48 rue Sainte Anne, 75002 Paris, registered with the Montpellier Trade and Companies Register under number 933 185 837 (hereinafter the "Organiser"), is organising a prize draw game with no purchase necessary from April 8 to December 31, 2025, until 11:59 p.m. 
(hereinafter the "Game") and is responsible for delivering the Prize (as defined below) to the winners of the Game. 
The operation is titled: "Zodiac Contest." The Game is accessible at the following address: https://www.lesgeorgettes.com/en-gb/jeu-concours-zodiaque.html 
The terms and conditions are described in these rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules").

The terms and conditions are described in these rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules").

ARTICLE 2 : CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

2.1. This Game is open to anyone with internet access and a valid email address that allows them to connect from the web page mentioned in Article 1 above. The Organiser reserves the right to carry out any necessary checks regarding the identity and email address of the participants. 
2.2. Excluded from participation in the Game and from receiving any prize, whether directly or indirectly, are persons who have collaborated in organising the Game, as well as all employees and subcontractors of the Organiser, including their families and partners (marriage, civil union, or recognised or unrecognised domestic partnership). 
2.3. Any fraudulent and/or non-compliant participation with the Rules and/or containing inaccurate information will not be considered and will result in disqualification. Any disqualified participant shall not be entitled to any prize. The Organiser reserves the right to put the prize back into play if it was wrongfully awarded. 
2.4. Participation in the Game implies full and unconditional acceptance of the Rules by each participant. Acceptance is confirmed by clicking the "PARTICIPATE NOW" button in the contest registration form. Failure to comply with the Rules will automatically result in disqualification and revocation of any potential rewards.

ARTICLE 3 - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

3.1. The Game takes place from April 8 to December 31, 2025, until 11:59 p.m. (French date and time). The Organiser reserves the right to modify and/or extend the participation period and to reschedule any announced dates. 
3.2. To participate in the Game, simply: 
→ Have a valid email address. 
→ Visit the following address to access the Game: https://www.lesgeorgettes.com/en-gb/jeu-concours-zodiaque.html 
→ Fill in the entry form with the required information: 

• Email address 

• Date of birth

→ Optionally check the box “By checking this box, you agree to receive the Les Georgettes newsletter.” 
→ Click on the “Particpate now” button. The entry is then taken into account and confirmed by a message displayed on the Game page. By clicking the “Participate now” button, the participant acknowledges having read and accepted the Rules. 
All required fields of the entry form must be fully completed and submitted before the 1st day of each month to be eligible for that month’s drawing.

ARTICLE 4 : WINNER SELECTION

10 winners will be selected by the Organiser through a random draw at the beginning of each month from the previous month’s participants, until the end of the contest in December 2025 (hereinafter the “Winners”), based on the list of valid entries that comply with the conditions outlined in these Rules, using the "RANDBETWEEN" function (Excel), ensuring the impartiality of the draw. 

10 winners will be selected by the Organiser through a random draw at the beginning of each month from the previous month’s participants, until the end of the contest in December 2025 (hereinafter the “Winners”), based on the list of valid entries that comply with the conditions outlined in these Rules, using the "RANDBETWEEN" function (Excel), ensuring the impartiality of the draw. 

ARTICLE 5 : PRICE

Each Winner will receive the following prize: 

  • 1 necklace or 1 bracelet from the Zodiac collection with 1 reversible insert. 
    The Prize is valid for 3 months from the date of receiving the code to collect the prize, which will be sent by email to the Winners (see Article 7). 

After this date, the Prize cannot be claimed. Winners who fail to redeem their prize within the allotted time cannot request an extension of the validity period. 
The total value of each Prize in the drawing is £89 including VAT. 
The indicated value of the Prize corresponds to the usual public retail price including VAT as estimated at the time of drafting the Rules. It is given for informational purposes only and may vary. The Organiser is not responsible for any incident/accident occurring during the use of the Prize. This value cannot be contested. The Prize is strictly personal and cannot be transferred, assigned, or resold. Winners cannot request any exchange or monetary compensation for their Prize, which is neither refundable nor exchangeable. The Organiser is not responsible for any defect, error, or omission preventing the Winners from enjoying their Prize (this list is non-exhaustive). 

Each Winner will receive the following prize:

ARTICLE 6 : WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners are selected randomly in accordance with Article 4 above. The decision of UN BIJOU A PARIS is final. UN BIJOU A PARIS reserves the right to contact the winners by email to announce their prize. A confirmation email will then be sent to the Winners at the email address provided in the selected entry form (“the Notification”). 

The Winner must comply with the Rules. If it is found that the Winner does not meet the participation requirements, the Prize will not be awarded. Participants authorize all verifications regarding their identity, age, postal details, or the sincerity of their entry. The Organiser may request a copy of the Winner’s ID before awarding the Prize. Any false statement or incorrect address will result in immediate disqualification and possible return of the Prize.

7.1. Each Winner will be contacted via email to claim their prize. The prize can only be claimed on our website https://www.lesgeorgettes.com/ by following the procedure detailed in the winners’ email. 
Winners must provide their shipping details to receive the prize by post. 
7.2. Invalid email address: if the provided email is incorrect or doesn’t match the Winner’s, or if for technical reasons the confirmation email cannot be delivered, the Organiser is not responsible. Similarly, the Organiser is not obliged to search for valid contact information for unreachable Winners. 
7.3. Unclaimed prize: Winners who cannot be reached or who fail to respond in time will forfeit their prize and cannot claim any compensation. 
7.4. The Prize is non-exchangeable for another item or for cash and cannot be partially or fully refunded. Participants are informed that selling or trading the Prize is strictly prohibited.

Participants' personal data collected during the Game is recorded and stored in a digital file and used by the Organiser to manage participation and distribute the Prize. These data are intended for the digital department. 
This processing is necessary for the Organiser’s legitimate interests, namely managing registration and participation, contacting the Winner, and sending the Prize. Required data must be submitted; otherwise, participation will be invalid. 
This information is also necessary for awarding and delivering the Prize and may be shared with service providers solely for this purpose. 
If the participant consents by checking “By ticking this box, you accept to receive the Les Georgettes newsletter” they accept sharing their information with UN BIJOUX A PARIS, for the brands LES GEORGETTES and LES CADETTES, as data controller, for marketing, statistical analysis, and customer relationship purposes. Participants may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in communications. 

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended by Law No. 2018-493 of June 20, 2018, participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port their data, as well as the right to object or request restriction of processing, under the legal conditions. These rights may be exercised by contacting the Organiser:

If exercised before the end of the Game, the participant forfeits their entry. Participants may also file a complaint with the CNIL.

UN BIJOU A PARIS may publish the list of winners on www.lesgeorgettes.com, using only first names, first letter of last names, and postal code. Winners consent to this.

Participants and Winners acknowledge that the Organiser’s obligations under the Rules are limited to organising the Game, conducting the draw, and awarding the Prize, according to the terms defined herein. 
Participation implies knowledge and acceptance of internet limitations, including technical performance, response times, network congestion, interruptions, and risks of data diversion. 
The Organiser shall not be held liable for technical failures, viruses, or missing data. 
The Organiser is not liable for email delivery failures. 
In case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances beyond its control, the Organiser may cancel, postpone, extend, shorten, or modify the Game without liability or compensation. 

Participants and Winners acknowledge that the Organiser’s obligations under the Rules are limited to organising the Game, conducting the draw, and awarding the Prize, according to the terms defined herein.

These Rules are subject to French law. 
Any disputes concerning the Game or the Prize must be submitted in writing to: dpo@lesgeorgettes.com no later than ninety (90) days after the Game’s end date as indicated in these Rules. 
In the event of a persistent disagreement regarding the application and/or interpretation of the Rules, participants may contact a consumer mediator listed by the Consumer Mediation Commission, or complete an automated complaint form to designate a dispute resolution body. Otherwise, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.

These Rules are subject to French law.
